New families begin by completing one Student & Family Enrollment Record. This creates your family record with guardian and student information, emergency contacts, authorized pickup, health and allergy information, permissions, and acknowledgments.
Family Enrollment Record
This Family Enrollment Record provides the information we need to safely and effectively serve your child across Heritage Heights programs. Once completed, your family record can be used for Tutoring, After-School Care, Track-Out Enrichment, and Summer Enrichment.
